Inappropriate use of the room/bed etc is not acceptable. Staying in the room with more than two persons is not allowed, i f you do you will have to leave without a refund.

Loud music is not acceptable. Lost keys will result in a charge of €25.00 for a set of keys

STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED anywhere inside the building, so no smoking in the room, no smoking in the bathroom, no smoking in the corridor and no smoking at an open window. If you want to smoke, you have to go outside downstairs and close the front door behind you. We live upstairs and WILL SMELL the smoke and we don't like that. If you decide to smoke inside anyway, you will have to leave immediately without a refund and pay a 300 euro extra cleaning fee. In addition, the use of e-cigarettes or the burning of incense is not allowed. Because of fire risk candles(or any open fire) are not allowed.
